Media Pro International — Crew Schedule & Equipment Tracking App · Last updated 8 September 2026
This policy explains what information the App collects about staff and freelancers, why, and how it's kept and protected.
Depending on your role and how your account was set up, the App may hold:
Access inside the App is permission-gated by role. Ordinary crew and freelancer logins see only their own schedule, profile, growth plan and leave requests — not other people's records. Wider access (the crew directory, equipment, approvals) is granted per-module by an administrator, and a deactivated profile's personal details are cleared even though the name stays on historical records for audit continuity.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it outside Media Pro International except where needed to run an event (for example, sharing accreditation details with a venue) or where required by law.
Data is stored in the App's Supabase database and file storage, protected by row-level security rules so each login only ever sees the data its role permits. Files such as profile and damage-report photos are held in access-controlled storage, not public links.
Active profile data is kept for as long as your account is active. If a profile is deactivated (for example, someone leaves or a freelancer relationship ends), personal identifying details are cleared, but the bare fact of historical bookings and assignments is kept so past event and audit records stay accurate.
Not everyone in the App has an account. An administrator can add someone as a schedule-only record — a name, designation and contact details held purely so they can be booked onto events. If that is you, no account exists in your name, nothing is emailed to you by the App, and you cannot sign in to review or change your own details. Ask your Media Pro International contact to see, correct, or remove what is held about you, or to be given a login.
Earlier versions of the App collected some things it no longer asks for — passport/QID numbers and photos, CVs, and freelance pay rates and payment methods. Those fields are no longer collected or shown anywhere in the App, but records created while they were in use may still hold them in the database. If you would like historical details of that kind removed, ask your Media Pro International contact.
This policy may be updated as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the current version.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can be directed to your Media Pro International contact or technical manager.
This is a general privacy policy template drafted for Media Pro International's internal use and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Since this App stores personal and financial data, we'd recommend having this checked against the data-protection law that applies where you operate before relying on it.
