Media Pro International — Crew Schedule & Equipment Tracking App · Last updated 8 September 2026

This app ("the App") is an internal operations tool built for Media Pro International to schedule crew and freelancers, track equipment, and manage event logistics. These terms cover everyone who signs in to it — staff, freelancers, and administrators.

1. Who this covers

Access to the App is by invitation only. Staff and freelancer accounts alike are created directly by Media Pro International and activated via an emailed invite link. Some crew are held as schedule-only records with no account at all — they can be booked onto events, but have no login and receive nothing from the App. Where that applies, the sections below about using the App don't, but the rest still does.

2. Your information

By having your details entered into the App, or entering them yourself, you confirm that:

• The information and photos you provide are true, accurate, and up to date, and that you'll keep them updated if they change.
• Being given access to the App does not guarantee ongoing work or engagement — Media Pro International plans and staffs events at its own discretion.
• Your details will be used to plan and staff events. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and used.
• You are responsible for holding any certification, permit, or documentation your role requires (e.g. valid travel documents, IPAF, Working at Heights) and for keeping it valid for the duration of any booking. Certification expiry dates recorded in the App are self-declared — entering one is not a substitute for holding the certificate, and Media Pro International may ask to see it.

3. Using the App

• Access is personal to you — don't share your login, and let an admin know if you think your account has been compromised.
• Information you enter (attendance, leave requests, equipment status, damage reports, and similar) should be accurate — this data drives real scheduling and equipment decisions.
• Media Pro International may suspend or end your access to the App at its discretion, including where a booking or engagement ends.

4. Equipment & company property

Any equipment, documents, or company property you're issued or given access to for an event remains the property of Media Pro International or its clients/suppliers. Report damage, loss, or malfunction through the App as soon as you're aware of it.

5. Pay and payment terms

The App does not hold, calculate, or display pay rates, costs, or payment methods — it covers crew scheduling and equipment only. Your rate, invoicing, and payment are agreed and handled separately with Media Pro International, outside this App. Nothing shown in the App is an invoice, a quote, or a payment guarantee.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the current version.
